Accounting records
Records maintained for the purpose of tax calculation

• The term “Records maintained for the purpose of tax calculation” replaces the formerly used term “single-entry accounting”. The main purpose of these records is to calculate an income tax base associated with both business and other self-employment activities. This term is defined by section 7b of the Income Tax Act.

Payroll
Reporting

• Where required by the owner of a company (controlling entity, parent company), we transfer financial statements into the reports that are different from the reports prescribed by Czech legal regulation.

Other accounting scope of duties

• Arranging for information-based and other duties associated with accounting (e.g. in relation to the Register of Companies, preparation of annual reports, etc).
• Continuing communication with the Tax Office, the Social Security Office, health insurance companies and the Labour Office, and representation of the clients or our presence in the course of accounting records inspection and/or tax and payroll inspection performed by these institutions.
• Preparation statistical reports.

Accounting advice

• Consulting of accounting procedures.
• Accounting advice, advice in the field of payroll and human resources.
• Cooperation in terms of finding solutions for problems associated with methodology.
• Cooperation with regard to setting up internal guidelines.
• Checks of accounting records, review of accounting procedures and setting up internal processes in association with the processing of accounting records.
• Training of accounting departments’ employees at the client’s workplace and/or providing of other individual advice.

Completes accounting and tax services provided by our company.
